Cuando about the future takes the subjunctive: cuando llegues, llámame (when you arrive, call me); cuando tenga tiempo, practicaré más. About habits or the past it keeps the ordinary forms: cuando llego, te llamo (whenever I arrive, I call you).
What you believe is true takes the ordinary forms: creo que es verdad. Doubting or denying takes the subjunctive, like wishes do: no creo que sea verdad, dudo que venga.
